How long will my Pop-up Frames order take to arrive?
All orders will be despatched within 3 working days of payment and aim to arrive at your UK destination in 2-4 business days. All packages will have tracking numbers which will be included in your shipping notification email.
Do Pop-up Frames ship internationally?
We currently ship direct orders within the UK, but we're working towards reaching more customers around the world. Register your interest here and we'll let you know when shipping becomes available in your country.
Want to order 10 frames or more? We may be able to help with international delivery. Get in touch with the frames you'd like to order, and we'll see what we can arrange.
Ordering for a shop or business? We offer international shipping for trade orders. Find out more on our wholesale page.
What are your shipping costs?
For orders of £30 or more, we offer free delivery anywhere in the UK. Our standard shipping rate is £3.75 in 2-4 business days.
Can I send my order as a gift, directly to the recipient?
Yes! When you get to the checkout, you'll be able to enter your shipping address, as well as a separate billing address. We do not include invoices, pricing, or billing information in with orders.
